The
breeding season will be that period from February 1 to June 15 of the year
shown above, unless otherwise stated.

Mares that are not halter broken will not be accepted by
Manor House Ranch.

A
Veterinarian's Certificate of Health shall accompany the mare and the mare owner's failure to furnish the certificate shall be construed as the owner's authorization to have the mare examined by
MH's veterinarian, the expenses for that examination shall be paid by the owner. The owner agrees that when the mare is delivered to
MH a copy of her registration papers
along with six (6) month negative Coggins test result will be furnished to
MH. The owner agrees that the health certificate shall include the statement that the mare is currently vaccinated against influenza, tetanus,
rhinopneumonitis, encephalitis, and has been dewormed, and the owner agrees that if the health certificate does not include a statement that the mare is currently vaccinated for each of the foregoing, then
MH Ranch shall have the mare vaccinated/dewormed and the expenses for such vaccinations
or deworming will be paid by the owner.

The owner understands and agrees that
Manor House Ranch will NOT be responsible for any accident, sickness, injury or death to the mare
&/or her foal. The owner understands he may carry his own insurance to
protect the mare &/or her foal. The owner agrees that Manor House
Ranch will have no liability whatsoever in the event of death or injury to the mare
&/or her foal. Finally, the owner agrees not to bring or maintain any suit in court to recover from
Manor House Ranch for any claim for death or injury to the mare
&/or her foal.

If the mare
&/or her foal are insured, the name, address and phone number of the agent and insurance company

The
owner understands that MH and its management will make the decisions
necessary for the care and supervision of the mare and her foal.

Manor
House will make every effort to settle the mare. If, however, the mare does not settle, the owner agrees that he
will not make claim against MH.

The owner agrees that in the event the stallion dies or becomes unfit for service,
or if the mare dies or becomes unfit to breed that this contract is void except the owner shall be obligated to pay the charges for board, care, shoeing,
training, veterinary services, medicine and breeding fees which have been incurred to the date of unfitness.

LIVE FOAL
GUARANTEE: If the mare does not produce a live foal ( meaning a foal that stands and nurses without assistance) as a result of the breeding then
MH guarantees a return breeding the following season, but the return breeding shall not include mare care or veterinarian expenses.
This agreement is subject to the following qualifications.

The mare is checked pregnant by
a vet and later aborts or fails to produce a live foal.

The mare owner must
notify MH within 48 hours in writing after foaling or aborting
occurs or the live foal guarantee will be voided..

A re-breed fee of $200
will apply.

Stallion
Service certificates will be issued only after the owner has notified MH's stallion manager in writing that the mare has produced a live foal and all expenses, charges, veterinarian expenses and fees due
to MH have been paid. If the owner transfers ownership of the mare before foaling, stallion service certificates will be issued upon
transfer only when all conditions of this contract have been met.

This contract shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of
California. In the event it becomes necessary for either of the parties to this contract to file a suit arising out of this contract, the same must be filed and maintained in the Circuit Court of
Riverside County, California. If any legal actions are used to enforce the terms of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the losing party his reasonable attorney's fees, cost of discovery, travel and expense of the suit.
